Chicago, Illinois (October 10, 2025) – Gary Group Capital LLC ("GGC"), a Chicago-based real estate investment firm focused on niche real estate sectors, announced today the acquisition of four (4) manufactured housing communities (MHCs) totaling 335 sites across the state of Michigan. The acquired properties are located in the high-demand markets of Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, Mt. Pleasant, and Norton Shores.

The transaction expands GGC’s Midwest footprint and builds on its existing Michigan portfolio. The properties will be managed by Butler Communities, GGC’s affiliate management platform, which oversees operations across the firm’s MHC assets.
